Bahrain Mirror: The February 14 Coalition announced that an activity will be held soon in the Pearl (LuLua) Roundabout. It distributed an advertisement stating "our next popular destination will be the Martyrs' Square."
The Coalition didn't announce the date and type of activity to be held. It; however, indicated that "it will be held soon."
This comes about two weeks after the authorities announced opening part of the Pearl Roundabout that witnessed that launch of protests in 2011. The security authorities declared on June 25, 2015 the removal of the existing concrete barriers at the Kobri entrance, which used to prevent people coming from Kobri al-Seef area to turn back to the city center or the suburb of the al-Seef area. Meanwhile, the authorities kept the remaining parts of the roundabout closed, with a barrier blocking vision between the opened and closed sections.
