Iranian FM Denies Smuggling Explosives from Iran to Bahrain

Bahrain Mirror: A number of Kuwaiti news sites reported that the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has denied "accusations of smuggling explosives from Iran to Bahrain," describing them as "completely untrue". Zarif stressed that "Tehran will do everything in its capacity to counter terrorism and sectarianism in the region".
He added in a press conference held on Sunday (July 26, 2015): "Iran seriously believes that in our region there are common interests and common threats and we have to cooperate" pointing out that Iran has the intention, as Kuwait, to achieve strong cooperation between the two countries.
Deputy Kuwaiti Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al Sabah, received the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif at the Kuwait International Airport on Sunday, as he was paying an official visit, heading a high-level delegation.
