Bahrain Mirror: Bahraini students who wish to pursue their studies abroad at their own expense said that the Scholarships and Attaches Directorate at Bahrain's Ministry of Education delayed issuing the "No Objection" certificates for registration in universities as the academic year approaches.
The Ministry of Education told Al-Wasat newspapers that the universities in Gulf States, Egypt and countries are demanding these certificates, considering them as one of the requirements for acceptance.
The Ministry of Education has obliged in the past few years high school graduates who wish to study abroad to apply for a "No Objection" certificate, which the cultural attaché considers a basic condition to accept a student's registration.
