Bahraini Public Prosecution Detains Preacher Abbas Al-Jamri for 7 Days Pending Investigations

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini Public Prosecution decided on Tuesday (October 27, 2015) to detain the Shiite preacher Abbas Al-Jamri for seven days pending investigations over one of his sermons delivered during Ashura in Karbabad.
The security authorities detained Al-Jamri on Sunday at Al-Hoora police station, while his family stressed that his sermons didn't violate the law and delivering them is a right guaranteed by the constitution.
