Civil Service Bureau: Case of 1912 Unemployed Graduates Completely Closed

Bahrain Mirror: The Civil Service Bureau said that the file of unemployed graduates (known as the list of 1912) has been "completely closed".
In response to an article in the Al-Bilad newspaper, the bureau said "the case was closed after employing more than 500 employees in the public sector in 2008 according to royal directives."
It also stressed that the 1912 list is not even among the duties of the Civil Service, noting that 4 million BD was allocated to employ 500 candidates from the list.
As for the trainees from the list, who are currently training in governmental ministries and institutions, the bureau said that they are being dealt with based on job vacancies and adopted ceilings in these institutions in addition to the adopted budget, job requirements and the governmental institutions' need of the trainees.
