Bahrain Mirror: The British Security Minister John Hayes received his Bahraini counterpart Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa in the British capital London in the presence of Bahraini Ambassador to UK Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa and UK Ambassador to Bahrain Simon Martin.

The UK minister expressed his country's readiness to continue constructive cooperation with the Kingdom of Bahrain in "areas of training and fighting terrorism". Rashid Al Khalifa said that the cooperation and security coordination is "historical and not new".

The two sides agreed to establish a joint team to follow up the implementation of the security agreement, which aims at expanding the capacities and efficiency of the police in order to maintain security."
