This was announced during Bahrain's inauguration of a new school in Egypt, whose construction was funded by the Royal Charity Organisation affiliated to the Royal Court. The school can welcome around 600 students.
As the Bahraini government funds education projects outside the country, a number of areas across the kingdom are in need of additional schools. Some schools, doomed to fall apart, are also in need of renovation.
