Wide Campaign of Arrests in Bahrain's Sitra

Bahrain Mirror: Bahraini authorities launched in the early hours of Sunday (May 22, 2016) a campaign of house raids and arrests in Sitra, which led to the arrest of at least 10 citizens.
The authorities apprehended Ali Abdulrasoul Kambar, Hussein Al-Basri, Ahmad Abdulsadeq Farhan, Mohammad Ali Al-Jaziri, Sayed Fadel Sayed Abbas, Sayed Mojtaba Sayed Abbas, Jaafar Mohammad Baqer, Mozaher Mohammad Baqer, Mohammad Mousa Al-Sheikh and Hussein Ibrahim Badah.
Information emerged stating that policemen were targeted yesterday. The Ministry of Interior; however, which constantly launches campaigns of arrests against activists demanding democracy, did not announce the occurrence of any security-related incident.
The authorities impose ongoing blockades on all the entrances of Sitra and hinder the citizens' movements.
