Bahrain Mirror: Hezbollah Secretary General Sayed Hassan Nasrallah praised the people demonstrating outside the house of Shiite majority spiritual leader in Bahrain, Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim.

In his speech delivered on the day of Ashura (tenth day of Moharram), Sayed Nasrallah confirmed that those who stand behind the oppression and blockade against the Bahraini people, are heading towards the "abyss and collapse", in reference to the rulers of Saudi Arabia.

The following is the excerpt of Sayed Nasrallah's speech about Bahrain:

This tenth day (of Moharram) comes [this year] at a time when a righteous and brave Husseini leader (Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim) is besieged in his town of Diraz in Bahrain, with mass crowds surround his house to defend their Hussein, Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim. He [Sheikh Qassim] is threatened with imprisonment or exile, in light of unjust informal trials and false accusations. [This happens] in a country whose prisons are filled with scholars, political leaders, people of opinion, and the youth struggling for freedom and the basic human rights plundered in Bahrain.

This Ashura we praise the Bahraini people for their loyalty to their leader, cause, perseverance to continue the path, and adherence to their legitimate demands. [The cause] that many martyrs sacrificed themselves for, among them men and women of Bahrain, while many others were injured, and for it the elite of scholars, men, and youth of Bahrain spend their youthful years in prison.

We tell them to be patient and endure it, and remain on the right path, which you are on now. Those who stand behind your oppression and blockade are heading towards the abyss and collapse God Willing, and with the blessings of the Yemeni fighters who will collapse Al Saud, it will be the relief for the oppressed Bahrainis.

On Ashura we raise our voice for the world to listen, especially the live nations, to the Bahraini cause, and to this unjustness, so that everyone take upon themselves their responsibility.
