Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain's Public Prosecution interrogated on Thursday (November 10, 2016) a number of activists who are banned from traveling and raised assembly charge against some of them.
Activists on social media said that the public prosecution accused the prominent human rights defender Abdulnabi Al-Ekri of assembling outside Sheikh Isa Qassim's house in Diraz on August 1, 2016 at 4:15 AM.
The authorities also charged activist Jalila Al-Salman with assembling in Al-Daih on August 11.
Both activists were then released.
For its part, Bahrain Forum for Human Rights criticized the prosecution's measures, considering the cases malicious and used to justify banning activists from traveling.
