Bahrain Mirror: More than 30 days have passed since Sayed Alawi Sayed Hussein Alawi was arbitrarily kidnapped and taken away from Diraz. He first disappeared after civilians led him out of his work premises to an unknown destination.
In a statement issued Tuesday (November 22, 2016), Alawi's family confirmed that the authorities are still avoiding revealing where he is, just as the Secretariat of Grievances and National Association for Human Rights avoided answering the family's inquiries.
Moreover, the family added, "The investigations office is not giving any answer, positive nor negative. The Public Prosecution on its part has not replied to the letter addressed to it since November 8, and is not responding to any phone call either".
The family urged the free Bahraini people to help them in their search for their son Sayed Alawi Sayed Hussein Alawi, and hoped anyone who had information on him to contact them.
