3&10-Year Jail Term Handed down to Suspects over Planting 2 Hoax Bombs in Tubli

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini Fourth High Criminal Court, presided over by judge Ali Al-Dhahrani with the memberships of judges Osama Al-Shadhili and Wael Ibrahim, and Ahmad Al-Sulaiman as secretariat, sentenced 8 suspects over planting hoax bomb in Tubli and making riots. The court sentenced the first suspect to 10 years in prison and the second one to 6 years. The court also handed down 5-year jail term to another suspect in the first case and 5-year jail term to 4 suspects in the second case and ordered the confiscation of the seized items.
The Public Prosecution accused the 3 suspects of deliberately setting fire to movables, endangering people's lives and money, and planting, along with other unknowns, hoax bomb aiming at intimidating people for a terrorist aim. The court handed down 5-year jail term to the first and second suspects and 3-year jail term to the third suspect because he is under 18.
