Bahrain Mirror: Bahraini citizen Sayed Alawi Sayed Hussein has been away from home for 50 days, since his abduction at the hands of "civilians" on October 24, 2016.
Until now, his family does not know anything about his whereabouts, and hasn't received any call from him other than one on November 27, 2016, after extensively bringing up his case in the media. The call increased Sayed Alawi's concern, as it said he "seemed tired and exhausted."
The public prosecutor has denied knowledge of his whereabouts, while no Interior Ministry-affiliated institutions gave out any official information about where he is held.
Yesterday (Monday, December 12, 2016), a mass protest took to the streets of Diraz, to demand revealing the fate of Sayed Alawi and releasing him immediately.
