Bahrain Mirror: A Bahraini court adjourned on Thursday (December 15, 2016) the trial of prominent human rights activist and president of Bahrain Center for Human Rights until December 28, with his continued detention.
The court decided to postpone the case to listen to the prosecution witnesses (attesting witnesses) and to the technical expert assigned to investigate Nabeel Rajab's Twitter account and who manages it.
The authorities are suing Rajab over tweets he posted on his Twitter account in March 2015 in which he criticized war on Yemen and torture in Jaw Central Prison.
Nabeel Rajab's trial was widely condemned by international human rights organizations, the United Nations and United States as well.
