Court Acquits 2 Suspects of Planting Hoax Bomb, Acquiring Molotov & Assembling

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini Fourth High Criminal Court, presided over by judge Ali bin Khalifa Al-Dhahrani with the memberships of judges Osama Al-Shadhili and Wael Ibrahim, and Ahmad Al-Sulaiman as secretariat, acquitted two suspects of planting hoax bomb, setting fire, making riots, assembling as well as acquiring Molotov and ordered the confiscation of seized items.
Criminal investigation revealed that the first suspect (23 years) and second suspect (18 years) have been already accused of similar cases.
The prosecution accused the 2 suspects of setting fire, along with other unknowns, to movables, endangering people's lives and money for a terrorist aim, planting, along with other unknowns, hoax bomb in a public place for a terrorist aim, took part in an assembly of more than 5 persons aiming at disrupting public peace and that they used violence to achieve the aim they gathered for as well as acquiring Molotov.
According to the lawsuit papers, the authorities received a notice stating that a group of people assembled and planted a hoax bomb in Sheikh Isa Street. The investigating office carried out the needed investigations in order to reach the suspects, concluded that the two suspects were among those who committed the crime and issued an order to arrest them.
