Court Sentences 2 Suspects to 3 Years in Prison over Planting Hoax Bomb in A’ali

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini Fourth High Criminal Court, presided over by judge Ali bin Khalifa Al-Dhahrani with the memberships of judges Osama Al-Shadhili and Wael Ibrahim, and Ahmad Al-Sulaiman as secretariat, sentenced 2 suspects (22 and 28 years) to 3 years over planting a hoax bomb.
The authorities claim that it received a notice from the criminal investigation department stating that a group of people assembled, manufactured and acquired hoax bombs and planted them in Street 38 in A'ali on July 6, 2016.
The authorities allege that they reached the suspects through investigations carried out by ministry of interior's offices.
The prosecution accused the first suspect of taking part in the crime through agreeing and helping the other unknowns in a public place and accused the second suspect of inciting the first one and the other unknowns to commit the crime.
