Bahrain Mirror: Prominent Lebanese Shiite cleric, Sheikh Afif Nabusi, condemned the Bahraini authorities' raid on protest arena near Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim's house in Diraz, dubbing it a "malicious attempt" to arrest Sheikh Qassim.
In his Friday sermon delivered in Sayeda Zahraa Complex in the Lebanese city Saida, Sheikh Nabulsi praised the protesters who "foiled the regime attempts and thwarted its plans" to arrest Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim.
"We deem the political authorities in Bahrain fully responsible for any harm caused to Sheikh Isa, and we call our brothers in Bahrain to be present in the sacrifice and martyrdom arena, against the unjust regime, that does not halt its police methods against the peaceful Bahraini people", Sheikh Nabulsi went on to say.
