Parliament to Hold Meeting with Minister of Interior next Sunday to Discuss Case of Prisoners’ Escape from Jaw Prison

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini parliament said that it decided to hold an extended meeting next Sunday with the Ministry of Interior to study the "latest security arena and follow the events, developments and measures taken at all levels."
Representatives Council Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla is supposed to head the meeting in the presence of Minister of Interior Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa to discuss the escape of political prisoners from Jaw prison.
The authorities claim that an armed attack took place in Jaw prison which resulted in the escape of 10 inmates sentenced to long prison terms reaching life imprisonment.
