Bahrain Mirror: Angry protesters clashed (Thursday January 26, 2017) with regime troops, after various demonstrations condemning civilian forces' armed attack on protesters in Diraz.
Angry demonstrations took to the streets of various Bahraini areas Thursday afternoon and night, condemning the attack that led the dozens of injuries, including the fatal injury of Mostafa Hamdan, who lies in the ICU in the Salmaniya Hospital.
Regime forces shot tear gas canisters and shotgun bullets on protesters in Ekker, Nuwaidrat, Abu Saiba, and Sehla, while Sanabis, Karbabad, A'ali, Bilad Al Qadeem, Ma'ameer, and Karzakan witnessed mass protests.
More protesters in Diraz marched their way towards Sheikh Isa Qassim's house, raising photos for Hamdan, and shouting slogans to confirm the continuation of their over 6-month old sit-in.
