Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain's scholar said in a statement on Friday (January 27, 2017) that the attack carried on by civilian forces on Diraz is "an intended crime of murder committed at the orders of officials. King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the British security administration bear full responsibility for this crime and the security and sectarian chaos."
The scholars praised the sacrificing people who are performing their religious and national duties. "Blessed is the hero Mostafa Hamdan who could, along with the other protestors, defeat the official killing gang with bare hands," the scholars added.
They highlighted defending Sheikh Isa Qassim until death and stressed on the continuation of the open sit-in and mass protests across different Bahraini villages.
The scholars called to "escalate the public anger" and to stage protests wearing shrouds on Sunday night, under the slogan of "Let's Defend our Religion and Pride".
