Court of Cassation Turns down Appeal to Dissolve Ulama Islamic Council

Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain's Court of Cassation turned down on Monday (February 6, 2017) an appeal on verdict to dissolve Ulama Islamic Council; highest Shiite religious authority in Bahrain.
Lawyer Abdullah Al-Shamlawi said that they submitted in 2014 an appeal "on verdict to dissolve Ulama Council", indicating that the cassation court looked on Monday (February 6, 2017) into the appeal and rejected it.
