3-Year Jail Term Issued against Suspects Accused of Assembling in Samaheej

Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain's Fourth High Criminal Court, presided over by judge Ali Al-Dhahrani and memberships of Ousama Al-Shathili and Wael Ibrahim and Ahmad Al-Suleiman as secretariat, sentenced suspects to 3 years in prison over taking part in an assembly and setting fire in Samaheej. Meanwhile, the court rejected the objection of one of the suspects.
The prosecution accused the suspects of setting fire, on April 24, 2014, along with other unknowns, in movables, taking part in an assembly of more than 5 persons aiming at disrupting public peace and endangering people's lives and money as well as acquiring flammable materials for the purpose of threatening people's lives.
