Court Hands down 3-Year Jail Term to Suspect for Hiding Wanted over Political Case

Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain's First High Criminal Court presided over by Judge Hamad bin Salman Al Khalifa and memberships of judges Dia'a Huraidi and Jamal Awad and Abdullah Hassan as secretariat sentenced a suspect to 3 years in prison over hiding a convict.
The Public Prosecution accused the suspect of hiding a convict in 2014.
The authorities received a notice from the Criminal Investigation Administration stating that two people hid a convict and security wanted citizen over criminal cases and blasts. The notice mentioned that the suspect hid the convicts in a house in Hamad town, thus, the suspects were summoned and their statements were recorded.
The suspect (19 years) said in his statements that he has ties with the wanted suspect and that the wanted asked him 2 weeks ago to provide him with a safe place to hide.
