3&5-Year Jail Term Handed down to 6 Defendants Accused of Assembly

Bahrain Mirror: The Fourth High Criminal Court presided over by judge Ali Al-Dhahrani and memberships of judges Ousama Al-Shathili and Wael Ibrahim and Ahmad Al-Suleiman as a secretariat sentenced 3 defendants to 5 years in prison and 3 others to 3 years over assembly case and ordered the confiscation of seized items.
The Public Prosecution accused the suspects of deliberately setting fire, along with others, on January 16, 2016, for a terrorist aim, putting, along with other unknowns, hoax bomb or explosive for a terrorist aim as well as acquiring Molotov. The defendants' ages ranged between 16 and 24 years.
