Bahrain Mirror: Youth Mostafa Hamdan (17 years) who was injured in Diraz martyred today (March 24, 2017) after spending about two months in the hospital due to a gunshot he sustained, after forces affiliated to security forces opened fire at protesters outside Sheikh Isa Qassim's house in Diraz on January 26, 2017.

Yesterday (Thursday, March 23, 2017), the doctor supervising Hamdan's case said that he is no longer responding to the equipment placed on him in the required way, meaning that he will pass away soon.

Doctors in the Salmaniya Medical Complex couldn't extract the bullet out of Hamdan's head. Meanwhile, the ministry of interior did not claim responsibility for the attack launched against protestors in Diraz at the dawn of Thursday.

Footages circulated by activists showed civilian militants opening fire randomly at protestors outside Sheikh Isa Qassim's house in Diraz that has been witnessing tight security siege since months, as the ministry of interior is preventing any citizen not residing in the village from entering it.

Thousands of citizens have been gathering outside Sheikh Isa Qassim's house in Diraz since June 20, 2016, protesting against the decision that revoked his citizenship and putting him trial.
