3&5-Year Jail Term Handed down to 6 Suspects Accused of Burning Tires in Juffair

Bahrain Mirror: The Fourth High Criminal presided over by judge Ali bin Khalifa Al-Dhahrani and membership of judges Ousama Al-Shathili and Wael Ibrahim and Ahmad Al-Suleiman as a secretariat handed down on Monday (April 10, 2017) 5-year jail term to 3 suspects and 3-year jail term to 3 others over planting hoax bomb and burning tires in Juffair.
The court convicted the suspects because on September 2, 2016, they burnt tires on Al-Fateh Street in Juffair, put a hoax bomb in a public place for a terrorist aim, acquired Molotov and took part in an assembly of more than 5 persons aiming at disrupting public peace.
