Bahrain Mirror: The Supreme Court of Appeals upheld a verdict sentencing 9 suspects to 10 years in prison with the execution of sentence, after the security authorities accused them of burning a truck affiliated to cleaning company in Bani Jamra.
The court relied on the confessions of some suspects who admitted that they burnt the truck after threatening the driver and his assistants.
International human rights organizations condemned the Bahraini security authorities resorting to torture in detention centers to force defendants say convicting confessions.
