Bahrain Mirror: The Supreme Court of Appeals presided over by judge Mohammad bin Ali Al Khalifa and Naji Abdullah as a secretariat rejected the objection of a suspect sentenced to whole life prison term for not appearing before the court.
The Fifth High Criminal handed down life term sentence to 3 suspects accused of carrying out a blast in a water closet in Sitra gas station. The court, however, acquitted the first suspect of the charge of resisting policemen.
The Public Prosecution accused the suspects of carrying out a blast, in 2014 and 2015, that would put people's lives and money to danger, aiming at intimidating citizens, as well as acquiring explosives without a license from the ministry of interior. The prosecution accused the first and third suspects of acquiring two guns and ammunition without a license from the ministry of interior, for a terrorist aim.
