Child Receives 6-Month Jail Term over Assembling and Putting Hoax Bomb in A’ali

Bahrain Mirror: The High Criminal court presided over by judge Ali Al-Dhahrani and memberships of judges Ousama Al-Shathili and Wael Ibrahim and Ahmad Al-Suleiman as a secretariat sentenced a child to 6 months in prison over assembling and putting hoax bomb in A'ali and ordered the confiscation of seized items.
The court convicted the suspect (16 years) because on December 17, 2016, he, along with other unknowns, put a hoax bomb for a terrorist aim, and took part, along with other unknowns, in an assembly of more than 5 persons aiming at committing crimes and disputing public peace, noting that they used violence to achieve the aim they gathered for.
