Bahrain Mirror: UK-based Bahraini activist Isa Al-A'ali said that the Bahraini authorities arrested his father and summoned his mother over his participation in an anti-King protest. The protest was organized to call against the visit of Bahrain King Hamad to UK to attend the Windsor Horse Show.
Al-A'ali confirmed through his twitter page that he received a call from his dad at the police station, where he talked to him and asked him not to take part in the protest against the Bahraini King.
"Since his last call at 12 noon, there is no news about him, and it's not far that he was harmed," the UK-based Bahraini activist added. He also noted that his family was previously subjected to reprisal last April when his father was summoned and threatened to be imprisoned if his son did not stop his activism in London.
