Appeals Court Upholds 3-Year Jail Term against Child Accused of Putting Hoax Bomb

Bahrain Mirror: The Sixth High Court of Appeals presided over by judge Ibrahim Al-Zayed and memberships of judges Dia'a Al-Huraidi and Salah Rizk and Yousif Bu Hardan as secretariat upheld 3-year jail term against a 16-year-old child over putting hoax bomb, and ordered the confiscation of seized items.
The court convicted the child because on September 22, 2014 of putting, along with other unknowns, hoax bomb in the public street.
The authorities claim that they reached the suspect through investigations.
