MoI: 50 Arrested in Diraz, Police Deployment to Remain on Site

Bahrain Mirror: The Ministry of Interior announced that it has arrested 50 Bahrainis during a security raid on the village of Diraz, west of the capital Manama to disperse a peaceful protest outside the house of Shiites leader Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim.
Independent information confirmed the death of at least 1 protesters, in addition to the injury of dozens others in the still ongoing operation.
The MoI said the police forces spread in the area, and were able to arrest 50 individuals and remove all barriers. It also announced a decision that the police forces will remain on site.
The arrested Bahrainis are among protesters present at the sit-in "sacrifice arena", in solidarity with Ayatollah Isa Qassim, since the revocation of his citizenship around a year ago.
