Appeals Court Sentences Defendant to 5 Years in Prison over Putting Hoax Bomb in Jid Ali

Bahrain Mirror: The Sixth High Court of Appeals presided over by judge Ibrahim Al-Zayed and memberships of judges Dia'a Al-Huraidi and Salah Rizk and Yousif Bu Hardan as secretariat sentenced a defendant to 5 years in prison and ordered the confiscation of seized item over putting hoax bomb in Jid Ali.
The Public Prosecution accused the appellant and another defendant of putting, on April 25, 2016, along with other unknowns, hoax bomb in Street 77 in Jid Ali for a terrorist aim.
The authorities claim that they reached one of the defendants through a security camera that showed his father's car.
