The Public Prosecution had accused both defendants of planting a fake bomb on September 17, 2016, with terrorist purposes.
The second defendant was accused of taking part and helping the first defendant in committing the aforementioned crime.
Moreover, the court indicated that since the first defendant exceeded 15 years of age, but is under 18 years, then his sentence was reduced.
