Bahrain Mirror: The Fourth High Criminal Court presided over by judge Ali Khalifa Al-Dhahrani and memberships of judges Ousama Al-Shathili and Wael Ibrahim and Ahmad Al-Suleiman as a secretariat acquitted two suspects of charges of assembling and setting fire in Al-Houra and sentenced two others to 6 months in prison.
The Public Prosecution accused the suspects of setting fire, along with others, to movables on August 4, 2016, that would endanger people's lives, taking part in an assembly of more than 5 persons and acquiring Molotov, aiming at putting people's lives and money to risk.
The court said given that the suspects were under 18 when the incident took place, it commuted their sentences and dealt with them pursuant to article 70/71 of the penal code.
