June 19 Scheduled for Ruling in Case of Martyr Fakhriya Msallam

Bahrain Mirror: The Fourth High Criminal Court scheduled June 19 to issue a ruling in the case of 11 defendants accused of detonating a bomb in Nuwaidrat, which the Ministry of Interior said killed citizen Fakhriya Msallam, and injured her children.
Terror Crime Prosecution Prosecutor Khalid Al Tamimi had mentioned in a statement that the Public Prosecution conducted its investigations in the blast that occurred on Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Street, near Nuwaidrat roundabout on June 30, 2016, which claimed the life of a Bahraini woman.
He added that the Prosecution referred 11 defendants to court, 9 among them detained. They were accused of deliberate murder, conspiring with a foreign state, possessing weapons without license, causing a blast, using bombs that led to a death, and endangering public and private translation.
