3 Years in Prison against Intoxicated Policeman for Assaulting Gulf Citizen

Bahrain Mirror: The First High Criminal Court Ruled the imprisonment of 20-year-old traffic police officer for 3 years.
He was accused of physically assaulting a Gulf citizen, and causing him permanent damage; a 5% clogging in his breathing flow. This happened after a dispute erupted between both sides, while the policeman was intoxicated.
According to the case details, the convict became intoxicated at 3:30 am in one of the bars, and caused a fight with the plaintiff, who left to avoid the fights, but was followed by the defendant, who pushed him and broke his nose.
