Objection of Convict Sentenced to 5 Years in Prison over Burning Tires in A’ali Rejected

Bahrain Mirror: The Fourth High Criminal Court presided over by judge Ali Khalifa Al-Dhahrani and memberships of judges Ousama Al-Shathili and Wael Ibrahim and Ahmad Al-Suleiman as a secretariat rejected the objection of a convict sentenced to 5 years in prison over putting hoax bomb and burning tires in A'ali.
The first instance court had sentenced the suspect along other one to 5 years in prison and ordered the confiscation of seized items.
The Public Prosecution accused the 2 suspects of putting, on 17/12/2015, along with other unknowns, hoax bomb for a terrorist aim, deliberately setting fire to tires as well as acquiring Molotov.
