MoE’s HEC Sends Final Warning to Kingdom University

Bahrain Mirror: The General Secretariat of the Higher Education Council (HEC) sent a final warning to "Kingdom University" to provide all requirements of safety, security, and professionalism within 7 days, starting June 28, 2017. It also warned it that that university shall bear any legal responsibility for any damages suffered by its students, employees and staff in the university.
If the University failed to meet the requirements of General Secretariat, the university premises will be completely closed.
In a statement, the council said that "the warning includes the university uses its premises only in necessary cases, to maintain everyone's safety."
Regarding the Kingdom University's responses regarding its academic and administrative violations, and its proposed plans to tackle them, the General Secretariat of the Higher Education Council said that it is studying the file, and will present its recommendations to the council to adopt suitable measures.
