Bahrain Mirror: Activists on social media reported that Bahraini security authorities transferred human rights activist Mohammed Khalil to Dry Dock prison (Pre-trial Detention Center), about a month after his interrogation.
Khalil was arrested on Tuesday (July 4, 2017) after his house was raided in Karzakan, southwest of Manama, where he was taken to an unknown destination.
The authorities have launched a harsh crackdown on activists in the past two months, interrogating dozens of people at the National Security Agency. A large number of human rights activists have reported being tortured at the security compound.
