PHOTOS: Protests Staged across Bahrain on Eid Al-Adha

Bahrain Mirror (Exclusive): Hundreds of protestors took part in protest events in different areas across Bahrain upon the arrival of Eid al-Adha.
Since early hours of the morning, protesters held banners and posters that read anti-regime slogans in the town of Nuwaidrat. Meanwhile, an Interior Ministry helicopter was spotted hovering on low altitude in the towns of Diraz and Bani Jamra at about 2.30am on Friday (September 1, 2017).
Activists published pictures of protest rallies and marches that were staged on Friday evening in Al-Musalla, Abu Saibaa, Shakhoura, South Sahla, Karbabad, Karana and Shaherkan.
Demonstrators called for the release of political prisoners, denouncing the continued detention of women for political reasons, raising anti-regime slogans and demanding putting an end to the ruling Al-Khalifa family's power.
Protesters in the town of Sanabis set tires ablaze and blocked a number of roads, and demonstrators in Juffair closed a road leading to the US base in Juffair, while Karzakan witnessed marches and acts of protests, including road blocked with burning tires.
