Journalist Kristof: US Arms Sale to Bahrain will Increase Oppression

Bahrain Mirror- Exclusive: Famous American journalist Nicholas Kristof said that the last $3.8 billion arms sale package to Bahrain, which was approved by the US Department of State, will increase oppression in Bahrain.
In a tweet he posted on his own Twitter account, Kristof described the arms sale as "sad", adding that the Bahraini authorities are now jailing dissidents for tweeting.
The US Department of State announced two days ago that it had approved arms sale worth more than $3.8 billion to Bahrain.
