Bahrain Mirror: Dozens of citizens took part in a protest that marched the streets of sieged Diraz following the afternoon prayers.
Eyewitnesses said that the protest started on Friday (October 27, 2017), following the afternoon prayers, from Imam Al-Sadiq mosque, where Friday prayers have been banned since over a year, due to the siege imposed on the village.
Protestors held anti-regime slogans and called to put an end to Al Khalifa monopoly over power. They also demanded to lift the house arrest imposed on Sheikh Isa Qassim and release the political prisoners.
