Bahrain Mirror: The committee in charge of settling stalled real estate projects in Bahrain announced the closure of the Juffair Views project after the distribution of the sale proceeds of the project to the purchasers of the 58 units over a period of 24 days.
The committee said in a statement today that the transfer of ownership of the project was completed, free of any debts and mortgages, to Rami Real Estate Company, after it was auctioned at a value of 3.6 million Bahraini dinars.
It is noteworthy that Juffair Views was one of the stalled real estate development projects being pursued by the Committee, along with Amwaj Gate, Marina West and Sunset Hills, and was due to be completed by mid-2009.
