Bahrain Mirror: The judicial Committee for the Settlement of Stalled Real Estate Projects set November 29 as a date of Amwaj Gateway project auction.
This is the second date set for the project's auction after the failure of the first auction due to absence of buyers.
The judicial committee decided to decrease the project's price from 36 million BD to 30 million to attract buyers.
Mazad Chief Executive Officer Talal Aref Al-Arifi said that slashing the initial price of the stalled project by 15 per cent would attract buyers more.
