NIHR Says It Visited Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim at Hospital

Bahrain Mirror: The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) said that it visited the spiritual leader of Shia majority Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim at the hospital after his health deteriorated.
The institution, whose board of trustees is assigned by a royal decree, said that it sent a representative to visit Sheikh Qassim at Bahrain International Hospital to get assured about his health condition.
NIHR affirmed in its statement that Sheikh Isa Qassim "is receiving healthcare and called on everyone to respect the right to privacy and avoid politicizing the issue."
