Customs President: Fast Track to Finish Customs Measures between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain Activated

Bahrain Mirror: Customs President Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa said that based on the continuous cooperation and coordination with Saudi customs, the fast track was activated to end all customs procedures for exports of top 10 companies of national goods in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
He added "Slub Company B.S.C (closed) was first given the fast track privilege, as the selected companies are considered the core of the authorized economic operator program."
The data percentage on the regular path is expected to decrease after activating the fast track to about 44% and on the fast track about 56%, noting that the experimental application will be activated in December and the adoption for the rest of 10 companies will be activated during the first quarter of 2018.
