Bahrain Mirror: The First High Criminal Court sentenced a defendant to seven years in prison instead of 10, a term issued by a court of first instance, after convicting him among five others of placing a fake bomb in the Tubli area.
The authorities claim that the defendant along with others planted a fake bomb in Tubli on December 5th, 2014, adding the defendants were identified through "investigations".
The Public Prosecution referred the defendants to court after accusing them of planting on December 5th, 2014 in a public place, along with unknown suspects, a structure resembling explosives for terrorist purposes, and deliberately setting fire to the said movables shown in the papers, endangering people's lives and properties.
