Government Decides to Stop Imposing Any New Fees until “Joint Committee” Finishes its Work

Bahrain Mirror: The Council of Ministers decided in its session on Monday (January 22, 2018) to stop any project regarding the increase in fees until the joint committee, of the executive and legislative authorities, finishes its work.
A statement issued by the Council of Ministers stated that the government decided to work on "developing revenue sources and public budget without resorting to increasing the prices or fees that affect the citizen, through the best use of resources and energies and effective policies, adjusting expenses and stopping unjustified spending, as well as attracting more investment and investors.
