Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism Zayed Al-Zayani apologized to a citizen who received a letter from the Ministry's Administrative Affairs Office, including inappropriate terms and phrases, announcing that he referred the employee whom he described as "irresponsible" to investigation.
Bahraini youth Ahmed Abdullah had contacted the Administrative Affairs Office at the Ministry of Commerce via email, applying for a job. He; however, received a reply from an employee named "Omar Abdullah Al-Hajiri" from the Personnel Department, in which he said, "There is a place called the Civil Service Bureau. Go and submit your papers there."
Tweeter Ali Fadhel called on the Ministry of Commerce to "give courses on the art of communication and treatment to the employee of the Personnel Department because people are not requesting jobs from him personally," asking the Ministry: "Is this a respectful response?"
For his part, Al-Zayani stressed via Twitter: "This is wrong behavior by a irresponsible employee. I have immediately and personally apologized to the applicant and referred the employee to administrative investigation."
